Appointment Cancellation Policy
You will receive an SMS reminder or phone call reminder usually 2-3 days prior to your appointment.
If you are unable to attend at the arranged time of your appointment, please contact us as early as possible to make an alternative appointment time.
There is no fee for “no-shows” – but another appointment time will not be arranged without reasonable cause.
