Medicare rebate claims will be processed at the time of your consultation.

In general, our fees are in-line with the Australian Medical Association (AMA) Schedule of Fees.

For all procedures / operations booked with our surgeons, you will receive an informed financial consent document outlining all of the expected fees and charges.

You will also receive information relating to Anaesthetists’ and Assistants’ fees if applicable.

You will receive an account for your procedure / operation after you leave hospital. Our surgeons do not require pre-payment or on-the-day payment for your operation.

Instructions on payments and how to seek rebates from Medicare or your Private Health Insurer are included with your account.

Our surgeons do not ordinarily participate in ‘No Gap’ fee schemes with Private Health Insurers – however, should your situation warrant consideration of such arrangements please discuss this with Dr Pincott or Dr Ip and our staff at the time of your consultation.

Both Dr Pincott and Dr Ip gladly treat all Veterans covered under the Department of Veterans’ Affairs Health care scheme out of gratitude and respect for their service.

We accept cash, EFTPOS, Visa and Mastercard.

Procedural fees may also be paid by direct transfer to our bank account.
